Remote patient monitoring (RPM) transforms healthcare by enabling
individuals to manage their health at home. RPM offers early issue
detection and better outcomes, reducing strain on healthcare systems
while empowering patients. The A2H project advances RPM with a
cutting-edge solution that integrates ambient computing and AI,
redefining health monitoring with personalized, home-based care.
The A2H project focuses on non-invasive, at-home health monitoring using
Ambient Computing and AI, addressing limitations in current healthtech
solutions. Existing systems heavily depend on mobile devices, which are
invasive and lack continuous monitoring capabilities due to battery
constraints. Non-mobile alternatives are often limited to medical device
integration, restricting their versatility. In contrast, A2H offers a
passive, seamless platform that leverages smart sensors, wearables, and
advanced AI for real-time health monitoring.
The development of A2H - AMBIENT AI HEALTHCARE is being supported by InnovaChile through the project titled "A2H - AMBIENT AI HEALTHCARE — Development of an AI-based and ambient computing health monitoring platform, through an international consortium led by Teleker SpA, which develops an on-edge AI home health controller, together with technology partners developing wearable sensors, ambient sensors and software, to offer a non-invasive, private and scalable solution for the prevention and management of chronic and mental diseases.", code 25IATEK-309030, co-financed through the funding instrument known as "INNOVA ALTA TECNOLOGÍA EUREKA".
